Job Description:

4+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms, creation, and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Experience with Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Class, Apex Test Methods, Apex Web Service, Visual Force Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers.
Responsible for design and implementation of integrations in Service cloud.
Experience in designing various Custom Objects, Junction Objects, Record Types, Lookup Relationships, Master-Detail Relationships and Custom Reports as per the requirements.
Experience in working on web services and giving solutions by SOAP and REST API integrations.
Experience in integration, development and deployment of custom integration solutions using Force.com Eclipse IDE Plug-in, Force.com Explorer, Data Loader, Force.com Excel Connector and Migration Tool.
Experience on Salesforce CRM platform Worked in different environments of SFDC such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Good knowledge on Apex development in creating Objects, Triggers, Apex Classes, Standard Controllers, Custom Controllers and Controller Extensions.
Responsible for design and implementation of integrations in Service cloud.
Custom Labels, Custom Settings, Custom Meta Data Types and Custom Permissions to provide generalized solutions.
experience with CI/CD (Dev Ops) processes and tools, including Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Ant.
Experience in Data Process (Import/Export Data) to salesforce via Data Loader/Work Bench.
Experience creating Public Groups and Queues as per the requirements.
Knowledge on setting security model by using Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD, Sharing Rules.
A strong grasp of Salesforce’s security and sharing models is essential. Developers should know concepts like profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rule problem-solving and analytical skills.
Understanding of database design principles, such as normalization and indexing to optimize data storage and retrieval. Salesforce security and sharing models.
